We have many policies in place to ensure a safe and productive gym club for both gymnasts and coaches. These include our Health, Safety and Welfare Policy and our Membership Policy; which includes the Terms & Conditions and Code of Conduct for the club that all members must agree and adhere to.

All of our policies are accessible for anyone to read, just ask one of the coaches.

We have a nominated Welfare Officer (Sue Sutcliffe) in place to ensure the implementation of these policies so that every member of the club feels safe and enjoys their gymnastics experience.

Any child protection, welfare or safeguarding concerns (as well as any grievances or complaints) should be directed to the Welfare Officer and they will follow the appropriate procedure to ensure the concern is dealt with appropriately.
